We Understand The Ins And Outs Of Real Estate Law

A Legacy Built on Trust

A Legacy Built on Trust and community. Our law firm has strong ties in the community and even deeper roots. Since the 1930’s, Rob’s family has been conducting business in the greater South Jersey area. His mother’s parents established Zelnick Shoes on Kaighns Avenue in Camden, New Jersey (see picture above) which eventually moved to Cherry Hill in the 1960’s. Rob’s father Harold and grandfather Albert opened A&H Gleaner Insurance Agency in Audubon, New Jersey in the 1960’s.

Albert & Harold were very active in Audubon and within Camden County for both commerce and social events. Both acted as ceremonial judges for “The Most Patriotic Small Town in America” in Audubon’s July 4th celebrations.

By the mid 1960’s, a law firm was established by Harold in the same building where the insurance agency existed, and a local legal legend was born. Successful in his law practice, he also served the community as a municipal court judge. First in Audubon (at the time being the youngest judge on the municipal bench) and later in that capacity sitting in several Camden County municipalities.

Following in his father’s footsteps to a legal career, Rob attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick earning a B.S. in 1978. He then went onto law school at Delaware Law School of Widener University where he earned a Juris Doctor, in 1981. By 1994, Rob joined his father to continue the practice of law in the very same building where his father started with his father in the 1960’s. Currently as a Municipal Court Judge, Rob sees legal issues from both sides of the bench, an advantage for all his clients.

In the course of his law practice Rob became acquainted with real estate investor Dave Gorham and a new partnership was born based on a common love of real estate management and investing. By 2012, Realty Solutions LLC was formed to serve a new community. That business has become the area’s leader in property management for small and large portfolio owners in Southern New Jersey.

In 2016, Rob’s son Andrew joined the real estate management company to continue the legacy of four generations at the same Audubon complex originally established by Albert in the 1960’s. Harold continued to serve “of counsel” to the law firm until his passing in 2017.

The legacy continues…
